Some of your questions answered.
These are just some of the queries we have had. If you cannot see an answer that you are looking for then please contact us.
What areas do you cover?
We cover the whole of Cornwall from Land's End to Saltash and everywhere in between.
Are there any campsites that you don't pitch at?
We do not pitch on hard standing areas and so far we have only found 2 campsites that we will not pitch at. These are listed
Can you pitch a tent/s in our garden?
If you have a space suitable for us to pitch on, then we are happy to accommodate your needs at your home or any area of your choice. It doesn't have to be a campsite. We have provided tents for birthday sleepovers!
How big are your tents?
Our largest tents are approx 7.5m x 4.5m, so please bear this in mind when booking your pitch.
Will we be dry if the weather is really bad?
This is the reason that we provide very high quality tents and they are constantly checked to keep them in tip top shape. We are confident that our tents will withstand even the heaviest rain and weather (and they have!) and you will still have a snug and cosy holiday.
Can we bring electrical items?
You are welcome to bring electrical items at your own risk. You will need to either bring your own electric hook up cable or rent one from us.
Are we going to be warm enough or can we bring a heater?
We don't have any objections to you bringing a heater, as long as it isn't placed near to the tent fabric. However, we will say that our tents are very warm, especially during the Summer months. So you may find you need to open vents and doors.
There is some water collecting around the beams in our tent is this normal?
Yes! Please don't worry. Your tent isn't leaking. Airbeam tents, due to the nature of the air poles, do sometimes collect small pools of water around the beams, due to temperature changes. For this reason we suggest that you do not place anything next to the beams.
